Matthew Burg is the President of DB Surgical; he has been immersed in the business since age 11 and later led its family business succession alongside founder Debbie Burg. Since rejoining full-time in 2015, he has driven strategy development and talent coaching to enhance execution, expand product offerings, and grow market reach. Previously, he was an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at BMO Capital Markets, advising on M&A and financing transactions across the MedTech, Biotech, and Healthcare Services sectors. Matt began his career in sell-side equity research at CJS Securities, analyzing and valuing under-covered, small-cap companies. He holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University.

Kevin Daly is the Vice President of Sales & Service at DB Surgical and a member of the company's parent LLC. He rejoined DB Surgical in 2016 as a Sales Director after serving as an Area Sales Manager at Leica Microsystems—DBS's largest strategic partner. With over 19 years of experience in and around DB Surgical, Kevin continues to drive strategic revenue growth and strengthen key industry partnerships in his leadership role. A former U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, he brings a disciplined, service-oriented mindset to everything he does. Kevin's proven track record, client-focused approach, and commitment to innovation consistently enhance DB Surgical's competitive edge in the surgical technology market.

Yosef Bukiet is the Director, Finance & Operations at DB Surgical, where he manages customer analytics and drives operational efficiency to support strategic growth. Since taking on this leadership role, he has leveraged his extensive background in accounting and valuation to refine financial processes, implement data-driven decision frameworks, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Previously, he served as a Senior Associate at Healthcare Appraisers, specializing in business valuation, transaction support, and consulting for a range of healthcare organizations. Yosef holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Greg Likens is the Director, Sales & Service at DB Surgical, where he applies his strong background in relationship management and strategic communication to drive revenue growth in the surgical technology sector. He joined DB Surgical as the Territory Manager for Miami, establishing trust-based relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical teams before earning a promotion to his current role overseeing sales and service teams across multiple territories. Previously active in professional sports media, Greg holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Business Marketing from Syracuse University—giving him a unique edge that translates seamlessly to the surgical technology industry.

Debbie founded DB Surgical in 1997 with a simple focus: introducing tools that enable surgeons to advance patient outcomes beyond those available today. A University of Miami graduate, she built the company into the Southeast's trusted partner for microsurgical and minimally-invasive technology, and today serves in an advisory role.

Brian represents the full DB Surgical line across Alabama, from Leica surgical microscopes to BOSS instruments, Sunoptic headlights, and NSK surgical drills. Educated at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

A former infantry team leader in the United States Army, Ross moved into medical devices at Stryker Navigation before joining DB Surgical in 2015. His eleven-plus years in the Orlando territory are the longest unbroken run of any territory manager on the team.

Chad has spent twelve years as Senior Technical Service Manager at DB Surgical, keeping operating room equipment across Florida running at spec. Educated at Keiser University and based in Orlando.

Gladman brings extensive biomedical training to the service side of the business, specializing in medical equipment design, maintenance, and management. Educated at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Connecticut.

Jordan covers the Jacksonville territory for the sales and service team.

A top-producing surgical sales professional who has stood in hundreds of surgical cases, Christian is as comfortable at the scrub sink as in front of the C-suite. He holds a business degree from the University of Central Florida and a Medical Sales College certification in spinal implants and biologics.

An engineer by training, Brett studied at Georgia Tech and completed engineering co-ops at Zimmer Biomet before joining DB Surgical straight out of university in 2020. He was promoted to Territory Manager in 2022.

Collin works closely with neuro, spine, ENT, plastic, and ophthalmic surgeons across South Florida, continuously expanding business within hospitals and surgery centers, and is extremely comfortable in the operating room.

Marshall arrived from KLS Martin Group, where he spent nearly three years as a Senior Sales Associate in surgical instrumentation. A University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduate, he has worked in Charlotte throughout his career.

Chris started in the technical field in 2001 and built his expertise at Med X Change in OR visualization, digital documentation, hardware diagnostics, and international service and training.

Jacob joined DB Surgical as a Sales and Service Associate in 2024 and was promoted to Territory Manager in 2026, taking the eastern half of North and South Carolina. Educated at the University of Mississippi.

Reece studied Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado Boulder and worked as an EMT before joining DB Surgical. He supports surgical teams across South Florida, working closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals across a broad range of specialties and providing hands-on support in the operating room.
