Under the terms of the agreement, DB Surgical, which has increased market share for the CUDA Surgical brand in recent years, has been granted exclusive rights to distribute Sunoptic Surgical’s complete line of fiberoptic illumination and visualization products in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Additionally, DB Surgical will continue to distribute CUDA Surgical products in Florida and Alabama. The Sunoptic Surgical product line is designed for reliability in critical situations and complements DB Surgical’s other products, such as surgical microscopes, surgical instruments, electrosurgical products, and surgical navigation systems.
